A seasoned marketer and a veteran in the industry, Nikhil  demonstrates a strong commitment to financial and regulatory compliance objectives while strategically planning and executing budgets, forecasts, and safety initiatives. 

With a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and International Hospitality Management affiliated with Queen Margaret University and the ITM Institute of Hotel Management, Nikhil has also earned the prestigious Bachelors of Science in Catering Technology and Hospitality Management certification.

Nikhil’s career is marked by a relentless pursuit of operational excellence and keen business acumen. His attention to detail as a Food  and Beverage Manager, coupled with his experience at esteemed properties such as The Lodhi in New Delhi, The Leela Palace in New Delhi, and The Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra, has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in his new position. 

Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated talent in property positioning and the planning and execution of creative food and beverage campaigns. Over the years, the visionary has even  fine-tuned his skill set, which ranges from team leadership, operations management, and strong communication to banquet and catering sales, upselling, and guest experience.

In his current role at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, Nikhil will provide strategic leadership to the F&B operations, focusing on maximizing revenue, introducing innovative concepts, and enhancing the overall dining experience for guests. His responsibilities also include ensuring synergy between departments and maintaining the highest standards of guest service.

(New Delhi, 2024) Shangri-La Eros New Delhi is thrilled to announce the appointment of Rajeev Neolia, previously Director of Business Development, as the new Director of Sales. Specializing in strategic sales, Rajeev has a rich history of experience encompassing almost two decades with leading  hotel chains. 

His career, spanning more than 17 years, is marked by numerous accomplishments, including the successful implementation of strategic sales, tracking operational changes, and maximizing room revenues and profits while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality. 

A proud alumnus of Kanpur University, Mr. Rajeev hails from the vibrant state of Lucknow. Throughout his career, Rajeev has played a key role in the success of multiple eminent names, including The Lalit - New Delhi, The Grand - New Delhi, and The Jaypee Palace - Agra. The visionary started his journey with Shangri-La Eros New Delhi in 2008; After ten years of experience with the hotel, Rajeev will now contribu by te in overseeing revenue management strategies, pricing, and distribution. 

As the Director of Sales, Rajeev’s responsibilities will include the development and implementation of innovative sales and marketing strategies aimed at expanding the hotel’s market share while driving revenue growth and enhancing the guest experience. 

At the Shangri-La Eros New Delhi,  Rajeev will work towards the reinforcement of the brand and its core ethos. He will also strive to create new and sustainable business streams for the hotel while driving the hotel’s revenue performance and brand positioning in a highly competitive landscape.
