What do you look for in applicants?
We look for candidates with a good attitude towards people, the job and whether he can be a good team player.

Excellent work environment, Open Door Policy, employee facilities, empowerment at the employee level, pay for performance and not as per seniority.

What is the interview process at Four Seasons, Mumbai?
Appear for 3 Happy Tests which consists of basic English, Mathematics, and Psychometry.
Complete personal interviews with Human Resources, Department Head, Division Head and then approved finally by the General Manager.
