His rich experience includes running luxury resorts, educating hospitality experts, and heading massive operations, for which he is an ideal choice for Kshemavana's vision.

An IHM Goa hotel management graduate, Raghavendra kick-started his career in food production and progressed rapidly to leadership positions, showing remarkable operating skill. His trajectory involves leading pre-opening teams, operating high-volume F&B venues, and crafting enriching wellness experiences.
